The conference aims to gather experts from various disciplines, including tectonics, geodynamics, geophysics, structural geology, remote sensing, and geological mapping, to discuss the geology of planetary bodies both within and beyond the Solar System. Utilizing extensive geophysical data collected over recent decades, the conference seeks to enhance understanding of rocky, icy, and ocean worlds. A key objective is to prepare the next generation of planetary geologists and geophysicists for this dynamic research field. Multidisciplinary contributions on planetary surface environments, geodynamics, and interactions between internal and external processes are encouraged. PhD students, post-docs, and young researchers are invited to present their work, with preferential selection for workshop publication given to young authors. Contributions from invited experts and discussions during sessions will foster synergies across different scientific fields. The welcoming location in Chianti, Tuscany, will further promote interaction through breaks, social events, and round tables.
